LOCATION
The Fairfield Industrial Estate is situated on the northern side of Louth, being located off the A16 Grimsby Road. St James' Park can be accessed through the original Fairfield Industrial Estate off either Belvoir Way or Tattershall Way or alternatively via the newly constructed A16 roundabout.
