LOCATION
The Fairfield Industrial Estate is situated on the northern side
of Louth, being located off the A16 Grimsby Road. St James' Park
can be accessed through the original Fairfield Industrial Estate
off either Belvoir Way or Tattershall Way or alternatively via the
newly constructed A16 roundabout.
ACCOMMODATION
Each building will be constructed to meet the prospective occupiers
criteria on size, design and layout. Buildings will be of high quality
construction with steel portal frame and brick faced external walls
under a profiled steel sheet roof. Office accommodation, staff facilities
and external landscaping can all be incoporated.
PLANNING
The site has outline planning permission for uses within class B1
(light industrial), B2 (general industrial) and B8 (storage, wholesale
and distribution). The developers will seek detailed planning permission
for each individual development.
SERVICES
Mains water, drainage, electricity, gas and telephone will be available
to each unit. Prospective tenants must satisfy themselves as to
the adequacy of these services to their specific use.
